1.我建议你学学新概念英语三。共60课。1--40课每天1课，要40天。后面20课，每2天一课共40天（当然你不想学这20课就不学了）。你尽量背出来。学完这个阅读写作应该会有很大提高。2--4小时每天。80天
2.关于听力学新概念时也会有提高。还有可以通过做真题来提高。不要太多，10份就够了。前面的小对话，你最好就能背得下来！！这样你会发现那10个小对话非常简单。一般会对8个以上！！！
3。和你说说词汇吧。我认为没有必要拿本词典来记单词。除非你时间太多了！如果你做过真题你会发现重复考得词汇很多。所以做真题对提高词汇部分很有用。做错的另外记到一个本子上。经常复习。直道你再考时不会错为止。
4.关于做真题。做试卷的时间不多就2个小时。但是我建议你每周只做一份（答案别写在试卷上，这样下次你还可以利用）。然后花一周时间来复习这份试题。每个词汇都搞懂（查词典，记忆深刻）！！！阅读你发现没有，你这次做错那题，下次你错的还是那提。好好想想，为什么自己会错？直道弄懂为止。做题那天2h.复习每天1--2h.
